The GALZ team is a collective of committed advocates, creatives, and community-builders working to advance the rights, safety and well-being of LGBTI people in Zimbabwe. We are a team shaped by people from many walks of life and different backgrounds, brought together by a shared purpose and a deep conviction in the dignity of LGBTI people in Zimbabwe. Our work culture values collaboration, diversity and inclusion, integrity and a strong duty of care. Every voice has space and purpose, and each contribution strengthens the communities we serve.
