Requirements
GALZ is seeking the services of a Consultant to lead in the development of the Tifanane Leadership Academy Toolkit. This should be a comprehensive and practical toolkit that will be developed to guide the leadership training. The toolkit will serve as a valuable resource to empower LBTQ+ women leaders and provide them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to aid in their socio-economic empowerment while making strides towards excelling in civic engagement and positively impacting their communities. Topics/Modules covered will range from civic processes, elevating personal confidence, financial literacy, safety and security, branding, marketing, and project management among other topics. The toolkit will be used for training of trainers who will cascade it down to academy participants. The toolkit will ensure consistency across implementation sites in Harare and Bulawayo.The toolkit will guide in educating on dismantling barriers that limit LBQ women’s participation in political and civic space and the empowerment of LBQ women.
